 As I look at the cover for my book, I still can't believe my release date is only two months away. Seeing my name on that cover is equivalent to an actress seeing her name in bright neon lights. I look at the two people embracing and see Pete Cross, the wounded warrior, fighting his destiny and Cara Sands, the tough, stubborn woman who refused to give up on him. In the famous words of the Grateful Dead, "What a long strange trip it's been." And now as one journey ends another begins. I can't deny, I'm eager to see where it takes me next.
